出貨時間 Shipping Time
在您完成付款或信用卡資料核對無誤後，我們會開始處理您的訂單；
商品將會在付款完成後的 1～5 個工作天內（不含週末及國定假日）寄出，並運送至您提供的收件地址。
我們會用心包裝每一份訂單，確保商品安全送達您手中。
提醒您：收到包裹時，請錄影開箱檢查，以保障雙方權益。
Once your payment or credit card verification is completed, we will begin processing your order.
Orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the address you provided.
We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery.
Reminder: Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your package to protect both parties’ rights.

- 預購商品通常需要等候 1～3 個月，到貨後依下單順序陸續出貨。
- 若同一筆訂單中含有 現貨＋預購商品，我們會等到所有商品備齊後一併寄出。
👉 若您希望先收到現貨，建議 分開下單。 - Pre-order items usually require a waiting period of 1–3 months. Orders will be shipped sequentially once the items arrive.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are ready to ship together.
👉 If you wish to receive in-stock items first, we recommend placing a separate order.

- 配送方式：順豐快遞、7-11 / 全家超商取貨
- 本島：全台各縣市皆可配送。
- 離島：包含澎湖、金門、馬祖、綠島等。
- 注意：離島配送會受天候、船班、節慶影響，無法保證指定配送日期。
- Methods: SF Express, 7-11 / FamilyMart store pickup
- Main Island: Delivery available to all cities and counties.
- Offshore Islands: Including Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, etc.
- Note: Offshore deliveries may be affected by weather, ferry schedules, and holidays, and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date.

關稅說明 Notice on Customs Duties
我們無法預先得知各地關稅及進口稅的標準，相關稅金需由購買人自行負擔。
We are not able to estimate customs duties or import taxes in different regions. All related taxes will be borne by the purchaser.
取消訂單 Order Cancellation
付款完成後，訂單即成立，無法取消。
請您下單前務必確認商品內容。
Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and cannot be canceled.
Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
注意事項 Important Notes
- 首次配送若無人簽收 ➜ 包裹將退回時嶼。若需再次寄送，二次運費由訂購人負擔。
- 若兩次配送皆未成功送達，且客服透過 E-mail 聯繫 超過三日未回覆，或有 連續兩次拒收 的情況，將視同訂單取消，不再補寄。
- 請您務必確認收件人資訊正確，並於配送期間保持電話暢通，以利物流聯繫。
- 若有特殊情況導致無法收貨，請提前通知，我們將協助安排合適的配送時間或方式。
- If the first delivery attempt fails ➜ the package will be returned to Hours & Ours. A second delivery can be arranged, but the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- If two delivery attempts fail, and we do not receive a reply to our email within three days, or in cases of two consecutive refusals, the order will be considered canceled and will not be re-shipped.
- Please ensure that your recipient information is accurate, and keep your phone available during the expected delivery period for courier contact.
- If you are unable to receive your package due to special circumstances, please notify us in advance so we can arrange an alternative delivery time or method.
